Andrew Symonds has gone for $US1.35 million in the IPL auctions. He has been in indian news for last few months for all the wrong reasons. There have been racial comments on him in india, and he has also said many controversial things to Indian media.

But his reaping such a good price shows that india still loves him as a cricketer. I hope there won't be incidents during IPL matches involving him.
